Read and plan without an account.

The fictional public sample is free to read. The planner saves nicknames, additional characters, age range, story text, style, languages, and collection preferences in this browser’s local storage. Typing these fields does not send them to our server. Style suggestions also run locally.

Clear your draft in the planner or remove this site’s browser data to erase it. Anyone sharing the browser profile might see a saved draft. Downloads remain on your device until you delete them.

Saving a private library is your choice.

Accounts use Neon’s managed authentication and necessary session cookies. Neon Postgres stores private plans, family references, review records, approvals, and orders. Vercel hosts the app and stores uploaded files in private Blob storage.

The studio pilot is for invited adults. Saving a local plan to your library is an explicit action. Photos require permission; we decode images, remove embedded metadata, and store private WebP copies. Please avoid full names, exact birthdays, school details, sensitive records, and information a story does not need.

Who can access the information.

Your authenticated account and authorized studio staff can access your library for requested production and support. Other families and public crawlers cannot access it. We do not sell family information, use advertising pixels, or add private family material to our own model-training corpus.

Neon and Vercel process information to operate their services, including request and security logs. Stripe hosts checkout and handles cards; our app stores payment references and order state, not card numbers. This release uses Stripe test mode.

No automatic external image-generation or translation provider receives private uploads in this release. Before enabling that processing, we will identify its provider and purpose for pilot participants. Public samples use fictional characters and AI-assisted artwork.

Printing and gift recipients.

When live printing opens, the selected manufacturer and carrier will need approved print files, the recipient’s name and address, and relevant instructions. Addresses belong in orders, not illustration prompts or public metadata.

The studio intends to manage the handoff while the manufacturer ships directly. No automatic printer submission is enabled today. A real quote must identify the fulfillment arrangement before purchase.

Export, removal, and retention.

The library offers a data export, reference removal, and book deletion. Download reference pictures separately and keep complete digital editions offline. Removing a reference deletes its current photo and future-book association; it does not alter artwork already created in a book.

Books without orders can be deleted with their stored assets and project records. Books attached to orders need staff review before deletion so paid or in-progress work is not destroyed. Use your invitation’s studio contact for account closure, ordered-book deletion, corrections, or concerns.

Authentication records, provider backups and logs, payment records, and files already downloaded or sent to a printer have separate lifecycles. We do not promise instant erasure from every provider. A fixed retention schedule and public privacy contact must be finalized before general intake and live commerce.

Children’s information needs care.

Adults make the books. Children should not create accounts or submit information. Adults must have the necessary rights and guardian permission for shared content. An age checkbox is not a substitute for reviewing our legal obligations.

General signup and real purchases remain closed. Final business identity, public contact details, provider retention schedules, and applicable children’s privacy requirements need review before commercial launch.
